Metals Fluctuation API: XAU Day Change as JSON

A metals fluctuation API returns how a metal moved between two dates: start_rate, end_rate, change, and change_pct. On Metals-API that is GET https://metals-api.com/api/fluctuation with query access_key. Official docs sample uses symbols=XAU.

Docs also show type=last_day instead of a date pair. USDXAU is a latest-only invert field — it is not on the fluctuation envelope. If base=USD, invert with 1/value the way other FX-style endpoints do.
